OverviewThis is a serious work containing four separate articles in advanced opening theory. The French Defense is the subject of two of the four articles. I analytically prove that Black can draw in both the Albin-Chatard-Alekhine variation, and the MacCutcheon variation of the French Defense. The final article is an advanced study of a system I refer to as the Polgar System: 1. a4. A playable opening by both White and Black. White and Black emerge from the opening with a tense but equal struggle for control of the entire board!
