How Charles Spurgeon loved his Lord and Savior! Ever since, as a teenage boy, he was converted and baptized, he became an earnest follower and proclaimer of Jesus Christ. Through all his life, he never lost his desire to exalt the Lord Jesus. Reading this sweet and simple version of Spurgeon's life should point children and adults to follow the same road, with their eyes and hearts fixed on the same glorious Redeemer. -- Jeremy Walker, pastor at Maidenbower Baptist Church
