Mary A. Hannon was born and raised in upstate New York, graduating from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York, before relocating to southern California. She edited corporate newsletters in the banking and healthcare industries before founding WordWorks, a desktop publishing business focused on creating newsletters, programs and other printed materials. In 1998 she launched Piano Forte, a monthly newsletter for pianists and music lovers to enjoy a written platform for idea exchange and useful information. Mary continues to work with individual clients and organizations in meeting their publishing needs.
