Author Information

Chris Dunford worked for over thirty-five years in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the United States. With a PhD in ecology and evolutionary biology (University of Arizona in Tucson) and a BS (Cornell University), Chris became a non-profit organization leader and researcher-author in microfinance, public health, cultural evolution, evolutionary biology, and birding. Chris authored Programmed to Learn: An Essay on the Evolution of Culture (with H. Ronald Pulliam) and Life List: A Birder's Spiritual Awakening.
