""Chantrice lives in another universe where the spiritual war of Ephesians 6:12 is a physical conflict. She is a little girl who loves her parents and her teddy bear Mr. Tibbs and her life is very good. Then the dark attacks! They sweep past the adult defenses and Chantrice has to be evacuated, her parents staying behind to fight. But the dark is everywhere and little Chantrice and the children refugees with her find themselves in a far away place, under siege. The stress builds and little Chantrice throws a crayon at another kid, getting labeled as one of the ""bad"" kids. While all the kids get taught how to fight by nice teachers, Chantrice and the other bad kids have been given over to barbarians, who are also trapped in the base. To her surprise the barbarians are teenagers who have fought in the war between the LIGHT and the dark. They name the bad kids ""Monster Unit"" and begin to drill them mercilessly. The adults seemed scared of the barbarian teens... or at least very ""CONCERNED"" about them. People were ""CONCERNED"" when David talked about fighting a giant, but David killed the giant all the adults cowered from. Is C-3 like that? Are they going to turn Chantrice into a LIGHT warrior? Will that be enough when the dark horde breaks through the wall?
