Since 1977, her visionary work has been dedicated to improving the quality of health care delivery and patient advocacy through a Harvard affiliate hospital named Best Practice in Relationship-Centered Care. Whole Health Education(R) with Behavioral Engagement(TM) is the first known patient education and health behavior change model developed, tested and utilized in a clinical setting. For 20 years, until retiring in 2008, Georgianna hosted a nationally syndicated cable TV show, Woman to Woman(R) which explored all topics of interest to women with a special focus on relationships.
