OverviewChand is a story about Miles King, a twenty year old young adult that lives in Chand, Maine. Miles lives with his aunt Sherry as his father died in a car crash when he was young. Miles' mother soon committed suicide months later after not being able to cope with her husband's death. Miles relies heavily on his aunt and his best friend Corbin Ryker to help guide him through his tough times. Chand is told through the eyes of Miles as he lives his life each day. After a series of positive events that occur, Miles feels like his life is turning around for the better until a series of negative events sends Miles into a deep depression. Can Miles find it in himself to finally face his demons and conquer them before he quits on life? Chand is an artistic piece that uses storytelling to discuss the effects of depression, addiction, and suicide through the eyes of a young adult as he lives his life.
