OverviewThis book offers an overview of all famous and quality champagne houses, by Pieter Verheyde. Firstly, the book introduces you to the top brands, such as Veuve Clicquot, Piper-Heidsieck, Moet & Chandon and Laurent Perrier. Secondly, the best champagnes by middle-sized brands are presented, as these names will most often ring a bell with the general public. Lastly, Pieter focuses on approximately twenty smaller champagne houses that equally manage to produce the finest of champagnes, such as for instance a Diebolt-Vallois.
