Dr. Kakul Agha , an Associate Professor at Skyline University College, Sharjah, UAE. She is a PhD from Aligarh Muslim University India; MBA (HR); PG in Higher Education Professional Practice from Coventry University, UK, and carries 27 years of experience in UAE, India and Oman. Since 2014, she is an Associate Professor at Skyline University College, Sharjah. Till 2014 she was the Head, Postgraduate Department, Middle East College, and a Visiting Professor, Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Agha is a Fellow, Higher Education Academy, UK since 2010 & has served as the Founding Chair of Teaching Effectiveness Committee, Skyline University from September 2014 till 2016 and as a Coordinator, Teaching Effectiveness Committee from September 2016-2018.
