[U]ne version moderne et agile de procedures qui [... ] sert tres bien toutes les associations qui l'ont utilise. [J]'ai la profonde conviction que des organisations anglophones utilisant jusqu'ici ici une version ou une autre du Robert's Rules of Order, un guide americain du XIXe siecle (inspire a la fois du congres americain et du fonctionnement militaire), pourraient beneficier d'un guide mieux adapte a la realite d'aujourd'hui et a notre pays, ou les traditions britanniques et francaises cohabitent dans nos organisations. - Frederic Bouchard, doyen, Faculte des arts et des sciences. Avocat, membre du Barreau du Qubec de 1967 2005, Michel Lesprance a fait carrire l'Universit de Montral. Il aura t secrtaire gnral adjoint, adjoint au vice-recteur l'administration et secrtaire gnral de l'Universit. Il a pris sa retraite en septembre 2005 et a t nomm secrtaire gnral mrite de l'Universit en avril 2008.
