The first comprehensive video archive of open surgical techniques for the management of cerebrovascular disease available for general use by practitioners and resident physician trainees. Despite advances in technology that have made new, minimally invasive approaches possible, these endovascular treatments are not always superior to open surgical intervention, nor are they always feasible.
