OverviewParveen Ahmed, dubbed 'The Curry Queen' by chef Gino D'Acampo presents a selection of recipes which will allow you to cook delicious, authentic Indian cuisine at home. The recipes were chosen by celebrity guests, who joined Parveen in her kitchen to learn how to cook their favourite dishes. Parveen was chosen to take part in the ITV series 'There's No Taste Like Home', where celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo helps cooks recreate a family recipe for paying diners. Parveen came runner up in the show, and it was Gino who first dubbed her 'The Curry Queen'. Parveen also runs cooking classes, the Taj Mahal Cookery Club, which attracts locals to come and learn how to make authentic Indian food. She used to write a weekly food column for Cheshire Magazine, as well as writing for Living Edge magazine and being published in Family Circle and Cheshire Life magazines.
