He received his M.Sc. (Eng.) in electronics and communications and his Ph.D. in telecommunications from the Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India. He is Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal on Wireless Personal Communications, Chairman of the IEEE Vehicular Technology and Communications Society Joint Chapter in the Benelux, and Secretary for the Executive Committee of PIMRC.
