Part 2, containing the entries for periodicals, including newspapers, is issued quarterly. The entries are arranged alphabetically by titles. To save space in the Catalog, the copyright notice after each title is abbreviated. The abbreviations used in this part are as follows: B, Class B, Periodicals; stands for copyright registration, followed by date of publication. A list of renewals made for periodicals under section 23 of the act of March 4, 1909, will be found at the end of this issue, immediately following the text.
