Author Information

Dr. Mohammad Noman is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Director of the Department of Educational Leadership at Wenzhou-Kean University, China. With over three decades of experience spanning India, Thailand, Malaysia, and China, he brings a global perspective to higher education and leadership studies. His research focuses on educational leadership, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), and higher education policy and practice. Dr. Noman has published over 50 scholarly articles and co-edited two books on teaching and learning in higher education. At Wenzhou-Kean, he teaches courses in educational leadership, organizational theory, and curriculum design. Additionally, he is the Director of the Wenzhou International Educational Research Center (WIERC), promoting interdisciplinary research on Educational Leadership and pedagogical innovation. Amrita Kaur is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at College of Liberal Arts, Wenzhou- Kean University, China. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology. Her primary area of research concerns teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education, students as partners, learning motivation and engagement, and cross- cultural studies for learning. She was also the recipient of the ISSOTL 2020 fellowship. She is also a Recognized Research supervisor from the UK Council of Graduate Education (UKCGE). She serves as the editorial member for the Malaysian Journal of Learning and Instruction, the International Journal of Students as Partners, and the Journal of College Students Development.
