Carmen's Dance: A Fantasy of Spanish Flamenco

Overview

This title contains a book and a CD. ""Carmen"" - conjuring up an image of Seville, castanets, love, jealousy and, of course, flamenco. Passionate and full of beauty, flamenco embodies strong emotions in music, dance and song. Off the beaten tourist track, photographers Tina Deininger and Gerhard Jaugstetter went in search of authentic flamenco and captured it in expressive pictures. Exciting flamenco guitars and the opera classic number from George Bizet's ""Carmen"" accompany the photographs.
