Charles Hampden-Turner is the author of 18 books on business culture and strategy, and is widely recognised as one of today's key thinkers in the field. He received his MBA and DBA from Harvard Business School and is co-founder of Trompenaars-Hampden-Turner (THT), a consulting firm in the field of intercultural management. Fons Trompenaars is a world expert on international management, and co-founder of THT. He was identified by Human Resources magazine as one of the world's five top management gurus to watch in the new millennium. Tom Cummings has served in senior executive roles at Shell, ABN AMRO and Unilever, is co-director of the Cambridge Judge Business School programme on 'Futures Thinking' and holds posts in schools around the world.
