Author Information

Kathryn Ormsbee was born and raised in central Kentucky, where she first fell in love with the singers and songs of folk, bluegrass, and old country music. She now lives in the Pacific Northwest with her wife and their pup. She is the author of several other books for young readers, including The House in Poplar Wood and The Water and the Wild.
