The Canadian International College , is an Egyptian Private college established as the Cairo campus of Cape Breton University in Canada. It is the first Canadian college in Egypt.The Canadian International College (CIC) was established in 2004. The official opening was held in the presence of the Nova Scotia Minister of Education & the Egyptian Minister of Higher Education in May 2004. It is an associate campus of Cape Breton University (CBU), located in Nova Scotia, Canada. CIC has programs in Business and Engineering and Mass Communication, and grants both Canadian university degrees from Cape Breton University, and Egyptian degrees accredited by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. CIC's admission standards comply with admission requirements at CBU, and academic performance is monitored by CBU.
