Overview

Future challenges influence high education development in long termNowadays, developing countries, such as India, China, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong etc. are facing educational challenges. I feel developing countries governments have responsibilities to consider every citizens who can have effort to study or learn in themselves countries fairly. How to achieve the politician education is seen as a solution to poverty, social mobility, equality of opportunity, social problems, management of the changes in values educational systems, the key productivity and human resource development in primary, secondary and tertiary different student learning stages of educational aspects. To the developing countries teachers, education is seen as that which should contribute to the development of the potential of the child to contribute to the development of the nation and by extension world development . The development countries can't provide excellent education quality and quantity to students . They have these similar characteristics to influence to develop their education: relatively small population, small land area, limited natural resources, range of diversity, high level of dependency on international forces, economic challenges. Thus, I feel they need education reform, the perceptions of the important of education and the limitations are faced by both terms of quality and quantity has resulted on reduction reform. Education reform means the implication of globalization methods . It necessary to reform their education systems for it requires them to adapt their own education content to meet not only their local demands, but also their international concerns. These developing countries educational major challenges, include these aspects mainly: on economic aspect, under educational level youth unemployment, skill shortages in key areas of the economy, new jobs associated with higher technology occupations requiring higher entry levels, a mismatch between the graduates and the available jobs. On social aspect, the non-educational students spend waste time to do bad behaviors to influence whose relationships between families or teachers in societies. Doing bad behaviors, such as illegal international drug trade, high crime rate and gang warfare, HIV/AIDS disease increasingly the case of death rate for those between the age of 15 and 45 years the largest crime age group.
