Studium der Klassischen Archaologie, Alten Geschichte, Vor- und Fruhgeschichte sowie Geschichte der Naturwissenschaften in Hamburg und Berlin. Nach dem Magister in Hamburg wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Pantheon-Projekt in Bern. Promotion 2009 in Bern mit der vorliegenden Arbeit. Derzeit Akademischer Rat an der Universitat Bonn. Forschungsschwerpunkte: Antike Architektur und Urbanistik, romische, griechische und vorromische Archaologie Italiens.
