Alan is currently Head of Geography at King's Ely. He has written teacher resources for Collins’ KS3 Geography, student’s materials for Hodder at GCSE and CUP at A-level. Alan is a winner of an Ordnance Survey award for ‘excellence in geography teaching in secondary education’ and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. John is a Chartered Geographer (Teacher) and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. He has been a Geography teacher since 2004. He is the former Principal Teacher of Geography at North Berwick High School, East Lothian, Scotland and currently Head Teacher at Inverness High School.
