He is the Chairman of the German Arbitration Institute and the author of two leading treatises used for teaching arbitration. Andrea Bjorklund is the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University. She is an expert in international investment arbitration and served as a member of the NAFTA arbitration team at the US Department of State.
