Author Information

Stefan Kroell is Professor for International Dispute Resolution at Bucerius Law School and Director of the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court. He is the Chairman of the German Arbitration Institute and the author of two leading treatises used for teaching arbitration. Andrea Bjorklund is the L. Yves Fortier Chair in International Arbitration and International Commercial Law at McGill University. She is an expert in international investment arbitration and served as a member of the NAFTA arbitration team at the US Department of State. She is a member of the Advisory Board of BIICL's Investment Treaty Forum and served as one of the advisers for the Restatement on the US Law of International Arbitration. Franco Ferrari is Professor of Law and the Director of the Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law at New York University School of Law.
