In fact, out of the thousand-plus books I've read in my life, I'd have to say Calvary Road is among the top twenty. Larry Ford This is perhaps the most exciting conversion story I've ever read. The remarkable events and personages in Marty's life make this one amazing page-turner--even better than most popular novels. When I read the manuscript, I said, ""We've got to publish this! It may turn out to be the magnum opus of our house."" Cassock Media Publisher Marty is pointing to a truth that speaks to the reason for the crisis in the Church and its purpose. Many hearts will be revealed, many attachments to false doctrine about the Jews and the Catholics are coming to light. Thank you Marty for fighting the good fight. Shauby--an Amazon reviewer Author InformationBorn in New York City in 1942, Marty Barrack is the son of practicing Conservative Jews. Every single adventure of his life (and there have been many) were used by God to lead Marty down a long, winding road of conversion to Christianity. As the old adage goes, ""All roads lead to Rome."" The divine journey Marty took most certainly led to Rome when he became a Catholic on March 25, 1989. Then a new journey down a completely different road began. Marty's life was certainly interesting prior to his conversion, but it became dramatically different afterward. You'll just have to read Calvary Road to find out how! His lovely wife Irene has been called home to be with Jesus, so Marty now lives alone in his beautiful Ozark Mountain Star of the Sea Community home where he devotes most of his time working on his SecondExodus.com apostolate.
