Calm your Anger with Liam the smart rabbit was a delightful story that made me realize how my son can feel at times as he learns to understand and accept his emotions. I can see how he can relate to Liam the rabbit in different situations and I loved how each emotion was described through the senses, and ways to cope with each of them was so constructive. As parents we often struggle to give ideas to our children about how to work through our big emotions, but the story gives great ideas on how emotions feel and how to work through them to be able to identify, understand, feel and work through each of them until we feel better and calmer. I loved the story and I truly believe it is such a wonderful way to demonstrate our children and help them navigate their big feelings! Carol Martinson Hanon, a Wife and a Mother of two.
