Only by holding our elected officials accountable and adhering to the liberties contained in these two documents can anyone of us expect to receive fairness from our Justice System. And even greater, through the use of these two documents can the flagrant and gross injustices throughout this nation resulting from prosecutorial misconduct, ineffective defense lawyers, racial bias, and excessive punishment by corrupt officials, be ended. Evil can only prevail if good men and women sit by and do nothing to stop it.
