He teaches a review course for the California Civil Engineering Surveying exam and consults on softcopy photogrammetry and GPS surveying projects. Mr. Boniface obtained a doctorate in photogrammetry from London University and a master of science degree in surveying from the University of Natal, South Africa. Allan Ng, MSCE, PLS, is a licensed land surveyor in California and a lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He teaches courses on elementary and advanced surveying, GPS, and photogrammetry and LiDAR digital mapping, and he consults on boundary survey and land development projects.
