Overview

Due to their dynamic nature, constant control of water supply systems has become essential for companies. Nowadays, with the advent of computing, tools such as hydraulic modelling have become an important source of support for managers in their decision-making and agility in solving problems. However, hydraulic models can only be considered a reliable tool after undergoing a calibration process. In this way, the methodology proposed in this work uses a computational routine with an iterative method to calibrate the absolute roughness (ε) of the pipes in the water supply network in the upper zone of the Parque Santa Rita complex, located in Goiânia - Goiás.
