Kilian Jornet, mountain athlete Author InformationBen Tibbetts Ben Tibbetts is an adventure photographer, filmmaker, artist and internationally certified mountain guide (IFMGA). Ben studied art at the University of Edinburgh and the Geneva School of Art and Design. His images have won numerous awards and his films have been selected in festivals all over the world. With a passion for wild and remote environments, he has climbed and skied new routes in Greenland, Antarctica, Kyrgyzstan and the Alps and worked as a guide in the most isolated corners of Antarctica. In 2018 Ben became the second British person to climb all 82 of the Alpine 4000m peaks. Valentine Fabre Valentine Fabre is an adventurer, climber and ski mountaineer. She works as an emergency and sports doctor. A former member of the French national ski mountaineering team, she is a two-time World Champion in the discipline. Now an aspirant IFMGA mountain guide, she has climbed hundreds of technical routes in the Alps and been on numerous expeditions to the greater ranges. In 2021, Valentine and Hillary Gerardi set the fastest women's non-stop ski traverse of the Haute Route, covering the 107km and 8000m of ascent from Chamonix to Zermatt in just 26 hours.
