Ashley Kate Adams is an award-winning actress, producer, educator, and best-selling author who made her Broadway debut at twenty-three in the Tony Award-winning revival of La Cage Aux Folles. Her first book #BYOP: Be Your Own Producer debuted as the number one book in the Performing Arts Industry category. On screen, she appeared in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Royal Pains, Pitching Tents, and Love (for which she won Best Actress 2018 NYTF). Her voice work is featured in True Detective, Logan Lucky, and Hillbilly Elegy. Through her production company, AKA Studio Productions, her work has been screened at 250+ film festivals including the LA Film Festival. She is the cofounder of the billboard-charting No Reverse Records based in New York City and Jackson, Tennessee, where she is also the cofounder of the Vintage Makers Music & Arts Festival and a proud music and entertainment professor at the University of Memphis, Lambuth.
