With a deep commitment to advancing sustainability and resilience in African American communities, Dr. Strouble holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, complemented by African American Studies and Social Sciences studies at Florida A&M University. Dr. Strouble's career spans impactful roles, including Sustainability Program Coordinator for the City of Tallahassee and Sustainability Coordinator at Florida A&M University's Sustainability Institute. He currently serves as the Senior Manager of Equitable Climate Resilience Programs at Groundwork USA, leading initiatives that empower communities to confront climate challenges through democratic engagement and equitable solutions.
