Author Information
Dawn has been in and around property for over 30 years, starting out managing property for friends. She started investing in property herself in 2012 after thirty-five years working in the NHS. Dawn researched the property market for 18 months before investing. She has now developed a portfolio and is a successful landlady. Dawn's recent experience gives her a unique perspective on investing in property in the current market. She holds an MA in Education and is a competent and credible educator.
