Faridah Nassozi for Readers' Favorite 5 out of 5 Stars 24 April, 2014 (posted on 30 April) Button Nose the Sad Little Bear is a creative new children's book, the second title by its author, that has deserved and received multiple juvenile publication awards, including the Silver Mom's Choice Award, the Pinnacle Book Achievement Award, and the IndiePENdents Seal of Good Writing. Many years ago, Button Nose was a sad little soft brown teddy bear in a toy store who longed to be loved by his own forever child and family. His happiest time came when he was chosen by a mommy to take home to his own Little Girl. Many happy adventures ensued with Little Girl and Button Nose, but eventually Little Girl began to grow up. Button Nose was sold in a yard sale to another mommy for another little girl. This was the first of several other homes with different families, none of whom seemed to love Button Nose as much as Little Girl had. One day the grown up Little Girl, named Genie, found Button Nose again after a long on-line search for him. How happy they both were! Button Nose was also introduced to Genie's other stuffed friends, Trevor, Chipper, and Muffy. Heartwarming photographs of the real Button Nose and Genie over the years complete this actual story of a girl and her beloved bear. Children will be very comfortable and familiar with the emotions and feelings explored in this cycle of life tale.
