Dr. Carson Pue gives leadership to the strategic focus of Arrow Leadership. Carson is recognized as a leader of leaders and known through his speaking at ministry leadership conferences, published articles and radio commentaries. He has pastored in three churches in Calgary and Vancouver, and was ordained in 1989. Before accepting his leadership role with Arrow, Carson was the executive director of Charles Swindoll's radio ministry, Insight For Living (Canada).Carson is a graduate of the University of Calgary, B. Ed and MA Religious Studies; the Arrow Leadership Program (among the first graduates - 1995); and the marketplace, being awarded a ""Retailer of the Year"" award in 1979 for home furnishings and interior design. He was awarded a Doctorate (Honoris Causa) from Trinity Western University in 2001 for outstanding contributions in the field of leadership.
