Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationSoe-Tsyr Daphne Yuan had been a distinguished professor of Information Management at National Chengchi University (NCCU) in Taiwan (R.O.C.) before she became Professor-Emeritus starting from August 2019. She obtained her PhD in Computer Science from Oregon State University in USA. She previously served as Dean of Research and Development of NCCU, Director of Service Science Research Center in College of Commerce, Chair of Department of Management Information System of NCCU and played a key role in advocating the research of service innovation and digital transformation in Taiwan after receiving the global IBM Shared University Research Award (themed on Service Science) in 2006 amongst the other research excellence awards received in NCCU. She conducted a variety of novel academic/industrial research projects along the innovation path of thriving service models that could help reinvent businesses/industries in a systematic and multi-disciplinary manner.
