Jorge Ridderstaat is an associate professor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, University of Central Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in tourism economics from the Free University of Amsterdam. Jeong-Yeol Park is an associate professor and the Ph.D. program coordinator at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, University of Central Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in hospitality and tourism from Purdue University. Elizabeth Yost is a lecturer of integrated business at the College of Business at the University of Central Florida. She holds a Ph.D. in hospitality education and management from the University of Central Florida. Hyoungju Song is an assistant professor at the College of Hotel and Tourism Management at Kyung Hee University. He holds a Ph.D. in hospitality management from Pennsylvania State University.
