"'Buses Restored' was first published in 2000 as a companion to ""Railways Restored"" but covering bus and coach preservation and has, after some years, settled down in terms of sales to a lower level than that for the earlier book but still viable if published early enough in the season. This book provides similar information to that contained within 'Railways Restored' in terms of opening times, addresses, facilities, exhibits, etc. Alongside the entries for individual museums, the book also contains information about heritage bus services. The book is compiled on the company's behalf by the National Association of Road Transport Museums, the umbrella organisation for museums involved in the field of bus and coach preservation. Apart from the technical information concerning the various museums and collections detailed, the book also incorporates a representative selection of images portraying some of the best preserved vehicles on show."
