John, ""Jp"", was born in a very small town, Opp, Alabama, raised in Jacksonville, Florida; Graduated from The University of Florida School of Architecture & Fine Art & now lives in Saint Augustine, The Oldest City. He has owned his Architectural & Planning firm, Powers Design Inc. for over 25 years in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He was the lead design for over $50 billion worth of Commercial & Residential projects for large developers...like Trump. A key player in the story, but in the background...until the last Chapter. Powers is considered an artist as well. And produced the front cover ""Lena"" the mysterious Latin Beauty & the daughter of the Don of the largest Drug Empire in the world-GROGGASS. And many of the old sepia toned images scattered throughout his book. He is the proud father of 4 wonderful wild ones, Ginger, Melissa, Daniel & McLeod.
