Buildy's team of building and materials professionals introduce their careers and explain sustainable building practices such as deconstruction, life cycle assessment, green roofs, net zero, smart systems, retrofit, and more. Heartwarming, simple language and interactive activities throughout encourage dialogue and critical thinking at home or in the classroom. Buildy Green, It Takes a Team! A Better Building Story is a publication of the Carbon Zero Youth Initiative, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educational outreach towards a sustainable built environment.
