Mohd Fairuz Shiratuddin is an Assistant Professor in the School of Construction at the University of Southern Mississippi Tulio A. Sulbaran is a professor at the University of Mississippi. He has worked in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry in planning and managing engineering projects.
