He is passionate about teaching team management and how good management can increase productivity. Marie Nothomb graduated in Criminology at the Universite de Louvain. She is employed in the financial sector, and her work has evolved from transaction processing and technical business re-engineering to a more people-focused approach where the person, the working environment, and team interactions are key.
