Overview

""My Blue Nose Buddy Visits Grandma"" Is the 2nd book in ""My Blue Nose Buddy"" series. This is a story about Buddy (a puppy born with a blue nose (that glows), little Timmy (Buddy's master) and Mom and Dad who pack up the car and go to Grandmas house. They get to Grandma only to find out that she's very sad. Matilda, her kitten, is missing. Matilda escaped from Grandma's house and ran away. Buddy, who was not only born with a Blue Nose that Glows, has a 6th sense and has an idea where Matilda is. Buddy leads the family through the dark forest with his ""flashlight"" like nose and finds Matilda safe and sound. The story has a message of even though you may be sad, it will not be for long, because there is always a bright light that comes through in the end. With colorful illustrations, playful humor, and rhyming storytelling, author and illustrator Mal Karlin is a favorite among young readers and caregivers. His books promote an essential message of love and acceptance that is inspiring, empowering, and accessible. Being born different is okay. Being born with a disability is okay. Embrace the difference Your love is not anything less because your different You are unique. Embrace the difference. The first ""My Buddy"" book "" is the introduction story about a puppy born with a blue nose. He was born different than all the other pups. This Story is About Compassion, Kindness, Embracing your Differences or Disability, Responsibility and Never Judge Someone By Their Appearance. But most importantly, it teaches inclusion and acceptance even though you may be different. ""MY Blue Nose BUDDY"" is a series of whimsical colorful picture books with fun original art for ages between 4 years - 9 years old.
