Overview

Buddy is small dog with a big attitude. Buddy has been trained for a special task: to hunt rats. He is able to smell if rats have been in an area and can follow the scent to find their nests. Rats can dart and leap with quick movements to escape being trapped--but Buddy is quicker. Little terriers like Buddy have been used for a long time to hunt rats and other small animals. They have performed a great service in reducing the damage and disease caused by rats and mice. Fox Terriers are both powerful hunters and playful companions.
