Reviews

Bucephalus has a powerful narrative with epic overtones. Doug's descriptive and vivid semi-rhymed language evokes a sense of movement and clashing not at all unlike the skills that ancient storytellers and minstrels used to speed up and slow down the pace of the story. This is a terrific historical story for all ages. -- Felicia Hardison Londré, Ph.D. Curators' Distinguished Professor Emerita of Theatre Dean Emerita (2021-2014), University of Missouri-Kansas City
