What fantastic flatulent fun! Bubbles merges a great body positivity message with glorious gassy humor to draw in readers of all ages! -Adam Wallace, #1 New York Times Bestselling Author of the How to Catch Series Silly, rhyming fun for fans of fins and farts. -Jim Benton, New York Times Bestselling Author of Jop and Blip, Catwad, Franny K. Stein and Dear Dumb Diary A hilarious book with a fart-tastic message about self-love - what more could you want from a children's book? -Dr. Dani Rabaiotti, New York Times Bestselling Author of the Does it Fart series Finally, the curtain is lifted on the real lives of merfolk, and it's not all stringing pearls and combing long hair. Turns out mermaids share the same bodily emissions as the rest of us (although, let's be real, even flatulence is more glamorous underwater). But the resulting embarrassment is just the same, and Huffman tackles this universal nuisance with humor and wisdom while illustrator Davidson realizes a diverse and inclusive merworld that is both beautiful and perfect for the moment. -K.G. Campbell, Award-Winning Author of The Mermaid and the Shoe This book is sure to make both adults and kids chuckle! A lively read all about body positivity and accepting who you are. -Sana Rafi, Author of A Mermaid Girl and Little Seeds of Promise

Author Information

Bubbles is award-winning author Mark Huffman's fourth children's book. An anesthesiologist by day and children's author by night, he loves to write about our shared human experiences, which is just a fancy way of saying he enjoys writing about toots. ABC's Good Morning Texas has even dubbed Huffman the Dr. Seuss of toilet humor. His children's books include: The Toot Fairy, Cheesemaker Durdsden, Billan the Bard, and now Bubbles. He lives with his family in Texas. Dawn Davidson is a freelance illustrator who did not anticipate her classical art training being put to use in books about farting mermaids, but, as a mother of three, she knows all about body humor. She spends her days drawing funny pictures and pretty webcomics, writing fanfiction, browsing social media, and trying not to overindulge her fondness for cheese. One sweet day she'll move out of Florida to a state with seasons.
