FAKE OR REAL? Things are looking up for the Concord. Kevin Cleese has just given his girl a ring, and he's about to win the Power Slam Wrestling Federation championship inside another, until he steps inside one with his mentor, 'Blunt' John Snyder. Blunt breaks Kevin Concord's neck on live television. With bills piling up and a strong likelihood that he'll never wrestle again, Kevin violates pro wrestling protocol and sues Snyder and the PSWF, but not only that, he claims that the injury was inflicted intentionally, and that the PSWF helped with the cover-up. To capitalize on the media fanfare of the trial, the PSWF integrates the legal proceedings into their television storylines, and the line between fiction and reality is erased. Can Kevin fight through a grueling year of rehab, wheel himself to court every day, and manage his family life and expenses, all while a growing corporation tries to keep him down?
