A $250,000 broken neck. Babies. Franklin Lee (Frankly) Stafford had forsworn solving whodunits to grow vegetables and make matches, until special circumstances lead him to solve the murder of a 60-year-old woman, found laying outside her deceased husband's study with a broken neck.
