"""This encyclopedia is phenomenal! It is packed with information about Earth, space, animals, the human body, technology, and so much more. The detailed illustrations include digitally created images and some photographs. In an image of a zoomed-in eyelash, the details are so clear and large that you can really understand what the eyelash looks like underneath a microscope. The authors also do an excellent job adding facts that bring in a little humor for readers..."" Youth Services Book Review ""This is an utterly wonderful book. A real page-turner, with one 'wow' after another, whether it's about the lengths of animals' tongues and tails, or the seven types of poo. And for a statistician, it's great to read a book that deals with magnitudes and comparisons, with the bonus of imaginative and engaging graphics."" Professor David Speigelhalter ""The perfect antidote to tablets and TV! My kids sit down with this captivating book for hours (usually with me peering over their shoulders)."" Dan Snow"
