How hard can it be to fool a bunch of people in a small Iowa town? Nick Baxter, an undercover FBI agent, thinks his cover story is solid when he shows up in New Providence, Iowa. No one will suspect he's there investigating widow Shannon Delgardie, under suspicion of treason.
