He spent 15 years at Turner Broadcasting as Senior Vice President and Creative Director of Creative Services for Cartoon Network. He oversaw and directed the development of creative materials for the network's off channel needs, such as print advertising, consumer products style guides, PR materials, and event environments. He also oversaw the development of on-air spots for licensed promotion partners. He managed a department that employed art directors, graphic designers, character artists, writers, producers, production managers and licensed promotion managers. Before coming to Atlanta, Gary worked for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California. He designed and developed concepts and style guides for new book products for Disney Publishing business units. Gary Albright earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Journalism from the University of Texas. He worked for many years in the field of advertising, and was a founding partner in AKG&M. He expanded his career by working in the field of publishing. He became Group Art Director at Field Publications where he supervised the design and production of weekly magazines, book club products and specialty publications.
